Horrendous service here. Very unprofessional. I asked about options for dental work , and was told by the RECEPTIONIST that I was frustrating the office by my multiple questions and wasting their time! Yes, unbelievable, I know. SHARON is her name, and she apparently has way too much to say to the patients, as she is only a receptionist, but she chooses to voice her opinions and ultimately INSULT the patients! I am appalled. I have been going here for several years, and well as bringing my children there. She is very nice at first...one of the reasons I felt comfortable going there. But her true colors have come out! I was there today and was told that I'd be dropped as a patient and that I need to "follow through" with my dental work (which they are unable to perform as it requires a specialist) and so I should not continue to ask them any more questions about it?? HUH?? I thought as a patient it was my right to ask questions about my dental health. The dentist didn't seem to mind my questions, but this receptionist Sharon sure has a lot to say! I have never been spoken to in that way by any professional office staff member in my life. I am not done with this by a long shot! I am filing a formal complaint, but just wanted others to know how I've been treated at this office.
