Talk about the epitome of poor customer service. I reserved a 14'Uhaul to move cities and when I came to pick up my truck the gentleman told me I would be renting a 17'Uhaul. When I explained that is not what I reserved he rudely told me if I didn't like it then I could leave. He made it clear that he could rent the truck to someone else if I did not want that one. Not only did I have to deal with rude customer service but they made me wait while they had to figure out a way to get my rental contract to me. Then on top I that the man told me he was waving the $25 fee to have them come in early and made it clear to me he could be charging that to me. Excuse me, but your facility opens at 10am, how did you have to come in early when I arrived at 10:09 am??? I even saw the customer service lady hang up the phone on someone who wanted to call and make a uhaul reservation and laughed about it to me. Backwards place, no sense of how to run or handle a business. I had to wait over an hour for them to have my truck ready. Rude customer service, long wait times. Would not recommend this location at all.
